We would like you to enjoy our Parrot products for as long as possible. Therefore, all Parrot products come with a 2-year consumer warranty (starting from the date of purchase). For professional use, the warranty is 1 year. During the warranty period of your product you, the customer, maintains the right to complain about defects you experience with your product. If the defect was due to defective parts or poor production quality, we must replace the product for free repairing. You must keep your receipt if you submit a claim under these circumstances. If you open the product yourself, replace parts of the product incorrectly, the warranty expires.   • The product packaging must be undamaged.
  • The product must be complete and undamaged.
  • Proper shipping packaging.
  • Enough postage. Unstamped Mail will be refused.
